How do I book a cleaning service?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for regular cleaning services. For specialized services like end of tenancy cleaning or deep cleaning, 3-5 days notice is preferable. However, we do understand that emergencies happen, so we'll always try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. Changes can be made through our online portal, by phone, or by email.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide a key or arrange for someone to let our cleaning team in. We're fully insured and all our staff undergo thorough background checks for your peace of mind. If you prefer to be present, that's completely fine too.
